Trying To Lose Weight Can Be Tough
We all know it can be very difficult to lose the extra weight we carry around. Especially as women and men get older our metabolism starts to decrease. I just turned 47, and I've noticed since I turned 40, that my weight has increased every year. I was always skinny in high school at 98 pounds. Then in my 20's after I had two children I'd usually keep my weight maintained under 120 pounds. Once in my 30's I noticed it got a little harder and couldn't just eat anything that I wanted too all the time. Now I can just look at chocolate and gain a pound! Just exaggerating a little. 😊 The best thing to do to when trying lose weight is number one, drink plenty of water, half your body weight in ounces. Let's say you weigh 150 pounds, then you should be drinking at least 75 ounces of water a day. We should all be drinking the required amount whether trying to lose weight or not. Not doing so could result in dehydration which is very dangerous. We should be drinkin
