We all know it can be very difficult to lose the extra weight we carry around. Especially as women and men get older our metabolism starts to decrease. I just turned 47, and I've noticed since I turned 40, that my weight has increased every year. I was always skinny in high school at 98 pounds. Then in my 20's after I had two children I'd usually keep my weight maintained under 120 pounds. Once in my 30's I noticed it got a little harder and couldn't just eat anything that I wanted too all the time. Now I can just look at chocolate and gain a pound!
